This house is located on a hill ‘Domaine de la Colline’ about 1 km from the sea.
The villa is on a dead-end street with little traffic. The village St. Pons les Mures,
 municipality of Grimaud, is situated in between the Golf Hotel de Beauvallon and Port-Grimaud

VILLA DESCRIPTION

The front door opens onto the spacious hall leading into the living room.
 This comfortable living area features a large open fireplace and dining-table.
Joining an open-plan kitchen in Provencal style.
 

From the living room and kitchen French doors open onto a large partly sheltered balcony
overlooking the gardens and swimming pool, plus a breath taking view of the bay.
   
On the same level there are 2 bedrooms, of which one room has one double bed and the other has 2 single beds,
a bathroom with toilet and a separate guest toilet. A staircase from the entrance hall leads to the ground floor.
There you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet.
 Two bedrooms have 2 single beds and 1 bedroom has a double bed.
 The washing machine and dryer are located in the garage.
 The 3 bedrooms open on a gallery from which you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool, its terrace and the sea.
 A broad staircase in the garden leads down to the swimming pool with cabana and pool house.
 From this point, an exquisite view of the shaded garden, with lovely trees.

Workshop Locations

·         In the vicinity of the swimming pool is an area that is sufficiaent to hold a yoga practice, meditation or a relaxing lecture

·         The Garden area’s under the trees is another great spot for gatherings

·         One room that is dedicated for yoga practice, with a peaceful harmonious atmosphere

There is also the possibility to treat yourself to Food from a Catering serves thoughout your stay. From a Vegetarian Resturant
