This
house is located on a hill ‘Domaine de la Colline’ about 1 km from the
sea.
The
villa is on a dead-end street with little traffic. The village St. Pons
les
Mures,
municipality of Grimaud, is situated in between the Golf Hotel de
Beauvallon and Port-Grimaud
VILLA
DESCRIPTION
The
front door opens onto the spacious hall leading into the living room.
This
comfortable living area features a large open fireplace and
dining-table.
Joining an open-plan kitchen in Provencal style.
  
From the living room and
kitchen French doors open onto a large partly sheltered balcony
overlooking the
gardens and swimming pool, plus a breath taking view of the bay.
   
On the same
level there are 2 bedrooms, of which one room has
one double bed and the other
has 2 single beds,
a bathroom with toilet and a separate guest toilet. A
staircase from the entrance hall leads to the ground floor.
There you will find
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet.
Two bedrooms have 2 single beds and 1
bedroom has a double bed.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the
garage.
The 3 bedrooms open on a gallery from which you have a beautiful
view
of the swimming pool, its terrace and the sea.
A broad staircase in the garden
leads down to the swimming pool with cabana and pool house.
From this point, an
exquisite view of the shaded garden, with lovely trees.
