When women do yoga my impression is , boy they are supple, but when I see men do yoga I think , boy they are strong

The older you get the move you appreciate the benefits of yoga.

It keeps your body supple, bendable you can tie your own shoe laces, and thats not a joke that seems to be the first thing that goes with getting older, they cant bend down so well any more.
