Men and Yoga
Men
are great in yoga
it demands strength balance and control.
When women do yoga my impression is
, boy they are supple,
but when I see men do yoga I think , boy they are strong
The older you get the move you
appreciate the benefits
of
yoga.
It keeps your body supple, flexible
you can tie your own shoe
laces, and thats not a joke that seems to be the first thing that goes
with getting older, they cant bend down so well any more.
The beauty about yoga is that in todays age
yoga is used by everyone whom is a professional sport, it is almost
unheard of that a top athlete will not be complementing he's training
with yoga. He's body is he's vehicle and in order to be able to
use
he's body to perfection, yoga is necessary.
But ordinary daily life of any-one sitting in front of your computer
reading this, If you know yoga you need to take a minute and relax
those shoulders do an exercise and then continue.
If you don't just move your head slowly from side to side ,
take deep relaxing breaths, put your chin down stretching the back part
of your neck relax and take 3 slow breaths,
put your head as far back as you can and again 3 deep breaths.
Move from side to side again. Move your shoulders up down and around
and now relax them with a deep breath.
That wasn't so bad was it, even feeling a bit better right?
